Serves 4
Ingredients:
6 large strawberries, each sliced in fours
1 package (6 oz.) mixed greens
Half of 10 oz. package of tender spinach
1/2-2/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/2-2/3 c candied or glazed walnuts
1/2 c (more or less) Raspberry vinaigrette in the produce section
Procedure:
In a large bowl, combine mixed greens and spinach then wash with cold water. Drain well and let it sit on a clean kitchen towel to absorb more wetness.
Transfer in a large serving bowl. Pour raspberry vinaigrette and combine using a salad tong or large spoon.
Scatter the sliced strawberries, glazed walnuts and crumbled feta cheese on top of the greens.
Serve in individual salad bowls or plate.
