Tavern Tots by Denver's Highland Tavern®

Ingredients:

2 large potatoes, peeled
1 T granulated garlic
1/2 t sea salt
1 T granulated onion
1/2 T soy sauce or tamari
2 eggs

Procedure:

Boil to simmer peeled potatoes. Remove from hot simmering water to cool to room temperature. shred/grate like "hash browns" consistency.

Mix granulated garlic, salt, gran. onion, cayenne pepper

Soy sauce or Tamari to beaten eggs

Form, freeze (or freeze and form) and deep fry 375° F

Sprinkle with sea salt. Enjoy with favorite dressing or dipping sauce.
